  Hello, I'm Serenity, and this is my server. With the help of friends, strangers, and community members alike, together we created this server early 2007 because we were dissatisfied with the quality of other private RO servers out there. The server befell hard times one year later in February of 2008, and was down for a month after a series of unfortunate events. However, SerenityRO is back and better than ever before with an all new staff, new custom items, new quests, and a horde of new features! Whether it be due to poor GM ethics, corruption or a myriad of other variables that made many of us turn away from different servers, we've taken many different aspects to heart when we created a foundation for this playing environment, and consistently strive to maintain a clean, safe, fun, enjoyable and memorable Ragnarok Online experience here on our server for our players. We feel that if you are devoting your time to us, then you deserve the absolute best service that we can provide to you. Boasting an experienced and well-trained, professional staff, SerenityRO is operated with our players' best interest in mind at all times. Quality, efficient and effective support is found around every corner on our message board community. Anytime an issue comes up, you can rest assured that either a Game Master or Global Moderator will assist you as quickly as possible, sometimes within minutes. We encourage good player relations, and also encourage both the staff and players to interact regularly with one another. We feel this provides a more close-knit environment, which we've found our players enjoy much more than the type of relations they've seen on other servers where Game Masters and other staff members act that just because they are in a position of power, they aren't to be held accountable for their players. We strictly enforce a netiquette rule system and have a constant system of balance to ensure there is no mistreatment to be found anywhere on our server. Operated utilizing the many benefits of the eAthena Emulation software, we securely maintain our servers with pride, as well offer quite a few features not found on most other servers who aren't as well-learned when it comes to getting the most out of the server software. As well, our hosting provider has an indesputable reputation of excellence, and provides us with powerful enough hosting services to take on the load of several hundred players at a time. You will experience absolutely no lag so long as you have a steady internet connection! Due to the very generous donations from our community we're able to provide our gaming service to you at no cost. We're very proud of that fact and are thankful for such support from our playerbase. Donation rewards can be found on our community message board, and have all been designed with balance in mind. We concentrate our focus on keeping the game balanced so as not to discourage players from digging deeply into the game's many quests and original items it has to offer. We genuinely care about keeping both the economy and available items as balanced as possible so as to provide a quality environment for you.  SerenityRO is host to the Revolution server, with rates of 10x/10x/8x. With an already established community of fun, active individuals, we're able to provide tons of fun and exciting events, as well as provide a close-knit "family" of players within our user community.
