i spent 5m now for 10 tries in slotting a stunner, class A weapon

according to guides we have 15% chance in slotting it. But im confused why 10 tries still no good result.

last time i made +8 hunters bow [1], class A weapon too. for 10 tries i was able to made 3 good results.

can anyone check our database if we include stunner[2]?

I've successfully made a Stunner [2] before.  15% just means that over a very large number of attempts, 15% will be successful, no means a guarantee of success over a small number.
